Weekly Operations

Weekly cycle

DayActivity
MondayExport 1–2 topic clusters from your SEO tool, import them, and score. Record decisions for the strongest candidates.
TuesdayResearch each PID: SERP review, competitor notes, NeuronWriter export, entities and questions.
WednesdayRender briefs, approve them, and generate drafts in opencode.
ThursdayHuman edit, scs sync, scs check, then set the publishing state from the terminal.
FridayReview rendered posts in WordPress, pull QA, and plan the next week.

Export cadence and effort control

SCS does not call SEO APIs. The cost of research is your time and your existing tool subscriptions.

SourceAccessHow it enters SCS
SpyFuLTD dashboardCSV export → staging/ → import-csv
WriterZenLTDkeyword/cluster export → import-csv
NeuronWriterLTDper-query export → research/<pid>/exports/
Google Keyword Planner / AdsFreeCSV export → import-csv
Google Search ConsoleFreequery export → performance.csv

Rules:

  1. Export once per topic cluster; import once.
  2. Keep the raw export in staging/ or research/<pid>/exports/.
  3. Score before researching; research before briefing.
  4. Use deepseek-v4.1-flash for standard posts and deepseek-v4-pro for pillar or flagship content.

Quality checklist

Before the draft moves to pending or scheduled:

  • Intent matches the live SERP.
  • Research folder has at least 3 real competitor URLs.
  • Brief sections 1–10 are complete and scs brief --check passes.
  • Article is human-edited and fact-checked.
  • Internal links use pid: references or verified URLs.
  • Images and featured image are referenced in Markdown.
  • Admonitions, tables, diagrams, and code blocks render.
  • Sources and citations are named and linked.
  • Meta title and description are set in publishing.csv.
  • No AI fluff, repetition, or invented statistics.
  • Category, tags, and content format match the site taxonomy.
  • Review gate fields are set in WordPress.
tip

If a step feels slow, fix the template or the command. Do not bypass a gate.
